Furthermore, we work with the hearing aid labs to ensure you receive the finest hearing instruments, and responsive personal service that is unmatched in the industry.
At the Herkimer Hearing Aid Center your hearing will be thoroughly evaluated with state of the art computerized audiometric equipment by a reputable NYS Licensed and National Board Certified hearing care professional who will NEVER rush or pressure you to make a decision. After your necessary hearing aid prescription is found, you will be placed in a hearing aid simulator. This lets you actually hear the way you would with your new hearing aids, and will help you decide whether or not to try hearing aids. This is the best way to give you the necessary information so you can make up your own mind. Should you decide to try hearing aids, impressions of your ears will be made and sent to the lab along with the hearing evaluation results to create custom hearing aids made specifically for your hearing needs. After about 10 days your new hearing aids will arrive and will be ready for you to try in the real world. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! You will notice how much better you hear right away. Still, for your peace of mind, if you do not want to keep them within the first 45 days (6 weeks) simply return them. It's that simple!
